Im fed up with people
That may sound strange because I have zero friends and dont have any relationship. I have only family, parents and sisters, and a few relatives. I grew up in a crowded family, and i was close with relatives in the past. But i was standing out as a different kid (aspie). So i was very different. That drained my energy as a kid.
Despite being lonely a lot of time (i'm not very talkative or intimate with my family), i cant stand people. Their normie stuff, talking nonsense, eating is annoying. The problem is i dont feel alive. Normies are smiling, passionate about socailising with each other, have interest in people. Last time that i met someone my age was 1 year ago. That felt like forced, we did not talk to each other after then.
What can be done about that? I feel like life is going on and i dont do anything, dont know anyone. I have no plans or desire to meet new people. That is blunting social skills too. My fear is that i may regret later for this.
I hope you understand me, im not a native English speaker.

This might sound bad, but there is no way for you to know the future. Perhaps you will have regrets, but maybe you won't. The future isn't guaranteed. Only right now is.
If you have no desire to go and meet people now, why bother doing so? If it's because of 'supposed to', then that's not a good reason. Ultimately, you have to find a way to live life that works for you. You have to live life by your rules and your preferences. If you are living life the way you want to the best of your abilities, then I say no harm no foul. Not all of us are social creatures and that's okay. I find living life with purpose that's meaningful to me to be the way to go. And as it happens, being a social creature isn't really for me. That's okay. Not all of us are social creatures. Now, if it's causing you internal upset, it seems absolutely worth doing something about it. If not, why change what is, in your core, right for you? And if you change your mind later, then that's okay to. It's not as though you're committed to one way of existing for eternity. Isay make the most of it now and reserve the right to change your mind later. My two cents.

Oh, you will most certainly regret it later.
