I am doing O.K. Summer is fine. I am swimming again. I swam almost a mile yesterday at the YMCA. I try to do this once per week. I suspect there are few people my age (74) that can perform this feat. But for me it is simple. I just use flippers and swim on my back for a couple hours. I swim 30 lapse. Afterwards I spend about 30 minutes in the hot tub.

It's nearing the end of winter here in the southern hemisphere and I'm dreading summer already. I sometimes get depressed because it's too hot to do anything except stay inside with the air conditioning on.

My summer has been transformative.
I can't wait for it to be more autumny soon.
