Hi

I'm Rodrigo but y'all can call me Ro

I am not big on introductions and am not good at talking about myself but I'll give it a shot

I am 38, male, I really like music and videogames

Food and animals I like too

Sometimes I tend to overshare and sometimes I tend to get very sad so I apologize beforehand because sometimes I don't know how to control my sadness and say scary things.

This is my second try at a forum with people who are ND, last one was nice but I overshared during a depressive episode and now I am too ashamed to go back.

Hope things work out better here

Oversharing? Yeah, I feel that one to. I don't know about you, but sometimes my thinking goes to all or nothing, extremes...not so great when I'm in a less than ideal headspace. I think on it as part of being human. It happens sometimes. It sucks when living through it, but ultimately it is temporary.
