should i ask to go to the nurse

so basically ive taken ibuprofen this morning for my period cramps and 1 hour and possibly 40 minutes later i still feel pain but it isnt like big pain but it does make me want to lay on the ground and merge with a heating pad

Do you have to pay for a nurse's appointment?

If you do, I wouldn't bother.

If it is a free appointment, you should go if you feel that you could benefit from the appointment, i.e, to receive stronger pain relief on prescription, for example.

well the nurse at school is free and she might give me a heating pad

I think it's a good idea to go to the nurse if she can help you. It'll probably only take a few minutes anyways.
