Hi, I have only recently been diagnosed with ASD. Today I have been researching what is the differences with our brains, to those of NT people. I have since conne to work, late shift. And I feel totally detached and distant. I am asking myself, what is the point of life, I can’t really see one to be honest. I don’t feel angry or sad, just distant.

Do you feel emotionally numb as well as distant?

You sound like you are suffering some level of depression. Hopefully it will be transient and not long lasting.

Yes, hit a bust spell for a moment there at work, seems to have snapped me out of it… but thank you
