Nikki Haley vows to stay in the presidential race after S.C.

She’s doing good work. I like her persistence because it keeps republican voters divided and keeps a larger “never trump,” crowd and a “no trump if he gets convicted of anything, crowd. The longer she stays in, even if trump is the nominee, the more sane republicans might vote against trump.

Also, she might be playing the long shot that trump gets convicted or ends up in jai for breaking court rules or dies or w/e and then she’ll be there to step in and take the nomination. Not a terrible reason to stay in the race, especially if she keeps putting forward a message of what she would do if elected.
