I'm not sure there's a huge difference. Either way you're working on someone else's means of production with little power or agency in the grand scheme of things.
The biggest difference being that no matter who 'employs' you in a Feudal system, ultimately the person at the top owns all the means of production (including you).In a Capitalist system, the person owning the means of production may be a neighbor, a family member, or even yourself.
Communist systems have shown themselves to be unsustainable, and they either devolve into Feudal systems or evolve into Capitalist systems.
1) To encourage the economic development.
2) To provide a measure of economic support to the nobility.
And what the Sovereign giveth, the Sovereign can taketh away.

It is the use of a fief that is granted, not the property itself. Feudalism is based on fiefs: territories which are assigned to nobles for their benefit and placed under their protection. Patents of nobility, especially for service, may include Land Grants as part of their fiefs. Land Grants are given out by the Sovereign for two primary reasons:
1) To encourage the economic development.
2) To provide a measure of economic support to the nobility.

You're conflating property with land. Land is only one form of property. Goods, cash and chattels are other examples.

Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.

That's not actually true. Kings (and similar) don't own everyone else's property. At most they have the ability to arbitrarily take your property which is largely the result of a failure to separate the branches of government.
