The more Donald Trump tries to get back into office as US president, the more the world is being destroyed.

I take some solace in that French voters defeated a far-right government candidate when that far-right government was projected to win. I hope American voters do the same to Trump.

Hopefully the Dems will now get someone who can destroy Trump.

The destruction has been ongoing since at least Mr. Reagan's administration.

Mr. Trump is more of an effect than a cause.
