I sent a PM hours ago, and it's still showing up in my outbox. Is it not working today?

PM's shown in the outbox have been sent but are unread by the recipient. If the recipient of your message has read your message, then the message would relocate to your "sent messages" folder.

The recipient may also have PM alerts switched off - it might be worth dropping a "Please check your PMs" post to a thread they're active on.
