It scares me hearing of people having health issues early

The thing is with things like heart attacks, strokes, certain types of cancers and so on is that it's scary because it's though they strike people without any warning. I find myself hearing about certain cases of famous people who announce being diagnosed with certain issues and seem to just put it down to their age and rule out other risk factors when I there maybe is more going on than meets the eye and I don't know what's going on inside their bodies. Some examples were of Chris Hoy, olympic cyclist who has prostate cancer and is 48/49, actor Chadwick boseman died at 43 from colon/bowel cancer in 2020, and people I know of who are not famous like someone who used to work for my company who had a heart attack in his 30s and is now almost left brain damaged from it. My dad I think had a mini stroke I think at 48. It's scary when things like this happens quite early when I seem to think it happens to those maybe 50, 60 and older.

In the UK, they don't use require people, mainly men for screenings and checks for cancers until 50 and older. The same for getting flu jabs and things.

I have noticed this as well. Personally I suspect much of it is caused directly or indirectly by the multitude of toxins attacking all our bodies from a wide range of sources. Most of the people I know with health issues have very unhealthy lifestyles, eating highly processed foods and getting little to no cardiovascular exercise in their stress filled existence.

It is also an uphill battle for all of us having to contend with the greed of global corporations. GMO foods designed solely for rapid growth, grown and processed with toxic chemicals to boost profits regardless of healthiness.

Let's not forget the corporate medical and pharmaceutical industries, where profits are all that they care about. They don't ever want to help us solve or end our health problems as that would cut deeply into their profits. They want to keep us in poor health to keep the money pouring in, so they ignore the problems and push highly profitable drugs to mask the symptoms created by the problem.

It is difficult and expensive to live a healthy lifestyle in the world today because of all this corporate manipulation of our lives and health. Healthy foods cost more than the unhealthy foods, making eating healthy difficult for lower income individuals and families.

So, maybe when it gets bad enough ,people will start shopping at Farmers markets on Saturday and Sundays ?
private gardeners selling their home grown stuffs?..? Maybe .... And then again you could read about , what it might be that your body is not getting enough off . To be healthy .For your immune system to fight off crud in our environment ? You do all the schooling hobbies sports, whatever ? but nobody teaches you the care and feeding of a human body, to keep its health . But. , yes you can goto your Doctors, Whose business is. ( to be in business to keep treating sick people) . And not CURE them , but mostly they just treat symptoms. NOT cure it. The phrase: being a Informed Consumer , Is not just a sayin. Maybe the most valuable thing, you perseverate upon ,is your own health .?
There is an entire world of things inside you that cause you to function well. Keeping those things healthy and happy
might pay big dividends as time goes on .Human body is pretty amazing thing, If you care for it well.

It has been my experience that too many people just don't have healthy habits, or the discipline to develop them.

People don't exercise, or don't exercise nearly enough, and sit around all day.

People don't learn to cook, or bother to cook, and live off of premade or ultra-processed foods.

People don't know anything about health, or biology, and don't bother or care to learn.

People wait till they get sick to worry about their health, and forget about their health again as soon as they feel better.

People eat until they're "full", rather than eating what they need. They eat for fun, enjoyment, or a hobby. They eat for flavor and enjoyment, rather than health or nutrition.

Honestly, you're probably better off cooking whatever fresh and minimally processed foods you can, rather than worrying about GMOs and such.

Genetic and hereditary issues still exist, and health issues can happen anyways, but even assuming these things will happen eventually, the better you take care of yourself, and the sooner you start doing it, the greater your odds of dealing with things that happen later in life.
