It feels like I can never be comfortable. My stomach always feels achy. It sucks. The only time I wasn't anxious is when I thought I was a prophet. It seems like I either have to have that or anxiety. When I'm anxious I have the more scary hallucinations like being told to be afraid when I'm trying to wake up. Im afraid a lot. Sometimes it's so bad my hands go numb, and I don't even know how I'm even doing what I'm doing. Nothing will feel real.

I always feel I have to soothe myself. Music, stimming, etc. Its disrupting my sleep. I only get a few hours lately because I have nightmares. Then I always think someone is watching me sleep. It always feels like I'm just pretending I'm not anxious.

The steps of doing basic things even make me feel dread. I get it getting dressed. It's annoying. I just wish I could manage it better and actually take care of myself. Yet I sometimes can't even get out of bed or off the sofa. People think it's laziness. It's not because I really would like to be more productive. I just get so much dread about everything. It feels paralyzing.

I try to tell myself that I have nothing to be so anxious about. Im on medication for anxiety. It should work and maybe it is. I have social anxiety with it. I feel I cannot be out. My hygeine is lacking, I talk about weird things.I just feel so on edge too. People think my body is so tense and that's probably why. They tell me to relax. I don't know how to.

I pull weeds in my yard to reduce anxiety. This year's new target is mouse ear chickweed.
I used to have dandelions like everyone else until I pulled them all. Now I just have a dozen per year.

Maybe an activity like walking or putting together jigsaw puzzles would help?

I found playing golf to be a great stress reliever.

How are you doing in terms of blocking out annoying stimuli? I've found that getting rid of the annoying noises and senses helps a lot in terms of how anxious I feel. It sounds like you might already be doing some of that, but you might want to look to see if you're missing something.
