I'm thinking of buying it, Please note that I'm not talking about duke nukem forever, that's definitely sexist.
also if you're going to reply to this please, note why it's sexist or why it's not don't just do "oh it's satire so it's good" or "it's filth"

Yes.

A part of the game has Duke Nukem being able to give a dollar bill to a pole dancer whilst he says "shake it, baby".

I think he also refers to women as 'babes'. There isn't anything terribly over the top and sexist that I can remember in his speech, probably due to the limitations of the length of dialogue for an old game like Duke Nukem 3D, but his character was supposed to be an over the top, 80's style action hero/macho dude and by today's standards, that sort of character would probably appear at least a little sexist to a lot of people.

There were also top shelf type magazines that you could find around the game, which could be viewed as demeaning towards women, in terms of the objectifcation angle.

I've played through the entire game myself and I gotta say it's a product of its time. You go around killing aliens throughout various locations such as Los Angeles, the moon, Shrapnel City (from the first game), and various parodies of other iconic locations and cities around the world.

Some levels feature nightclubs, red light districts, adult movie theaters, adult movie production studios, etc. There was even an exclusive level for people who subscribed to Penthouse Magazine.

Other than exotic dancers, models, and adult movie actresses, you'll encounter women who are stripped naked, covered in tentacle vines or cocoons surrounded by eggs that hatch into little booger parasites. The aliens' goal is to make human women incubators for an enemy you'll encounter in Episode Four: The Birth.

I agree that it's sexist. The only women in it are strippers early on and then later the naked women the aliens have enslaved who beg to die if you go near them.

And yes, Duke will occasionally make sexist comments.

It's cartoony, and the low-res graphics have a certain limiting effect on it. The intent is more unpleasant than the reality, if you see what I mean.

It's a product of its time. You'd like to think that game developers would have better taste now.

It's not wrong for guys to enjoy guy stuff.

I did make an in depth analysis of the game above. I've played it.

Oh wow! is Dukenukem still around! my brother got it in 1992, watching the video are the graphics still as blocky as back then?

Only official version purchasable is the 20th Anniversary World Tour edition featuring a new fifth episode called Alien World Order.

Graphics are the same but look cleaner.
Duke voice redone in higher quality by the great John St John himself.

Downside is there are no expansions that came with the Atomic or Megaton Edition.

the Duke and Leisure Suit Larry were legends of their time.
