I've gone into Target and realized that there were too many people shopping inside the store, so I turned around and left! Not worth the energy it takes to deal with crowds and wait in line to pay for stuff.

Classical term by most people with disabilities has been spoons ..agrees with above. But after many years with previous partner, started calling those units " Ergs" short for Energy. But as you get older have found myself having to assess those almost on a hourly basis , If not focused on some interesting task at home . Even then ,might be good to ask yourself .How your Ergs are doing . Have weirdly enough found a high dose of a cold med, ( mucinex) "orange coloured on one side" . With a cup of coffee, if you can drink coffee . If facing more serious requirements then redbull (or your choice of energy drink containing taurine) instead of a cup of coffee . The wear off effects are milder and longer lasting. The amino acid
Taurine helps a smoother let down for my system, I found for myself . Disclaimer:Might alway check with your physician ,before starting a new regimen . Please be careful when using energy drinks,1/2 can . To start. Had my spoons completely run out when a Lawyer had me wait around till last hearing of the day after already being there 7 hours , with only water.
Was not a pretty picture , dizzy and everything.
