Is it all about networking with people?
Its not about what you know...Its about who you know. Sadly that puts most of us Aspies at a massive disadvantage. However there has been a boom in remote work and online businesses that could make finding a job and starting a business much easier for you. You could start a online business or a go on Social Media to make money although thats a long shot. I think about 80 percent of millionaires are self-employed or small business owners so lack of networking skills does play a large role. Sadly the only jobs we can get easily are jobs like Walmart and Gas Stations.

if you have any income and you are not on SSI you could invest in index funds or maybe dividend kings for passive income. They are companies that will literally pay you for owning them.Maybe live with your parents or have roomies if you can. The Index funds could be millions by the time you retire...Just google index funds and Jack Bogle and you could be a millionaire one day. You get a few million by investing but realistically you need to be a successful small business owner if you want to be really rich. You could maybe have an estate worth 3 to 10 Million dollars on a modest income with faithful stock market investments if you live to be really old.Just google Earl Crawley and/or Ronald Read. You could get hundreds of thousands in dividends per year when you are really old if you start now. Maybe read the Intelligent Investor.

Not to muddy the waters, but foreign stocks (especially over the counter stocks) are really good for this. Personally I like IAE as it has a good track record for paying dividends. Not investment advice. Also try to look for areas with sub 3% unemployment. It seems like that was the only time I was able to get ahead job wise.
