I don't u why and how janic gets away with so much and still not made redundant, while my stupid lil boss had the nerve write me up for "listening to music and walking around", when I was pushing carts. How do you push carts while standing still? That is so misleading unreasonable micromanaging inappropriate and unjustified and unfair

Two of the three jobs I had were retail & we were not allowed to listen to our own music outside the breakroom so that we could hear pages, customers, managers, & other employees & such as well as not distracting others. Plus getting carts in the parking lot is more dangerous if we cant hear cars. I def would not argue against that policy & I never listened to my own music at work. I paid attention to the music the stores were playing.
