The introduction to this said, post "Hi, I'm new" here, so I am.

ALSO did you know that sperm whales got their name after sailors started hunting them for a substance in their head called Spermaceti, which is liquid in warm temperatures and solid in others; they use it as a diving weight! Sailors VERY wrongly assumed it was sperm.

I really like sea creatures!

Please let me know if you would like to learn about how dolphins are horrible, because they are, and I like to advocate for dolphin hate. People wrongly assume that they are just silly little guys.

I find sex strange, but when discussing male cephalopods that insurt their hectocotylus into a females siphan(also where the lungs, anus, and ink sac is located) I can get on board.

Do you have a favorite sea creature? I find octopuses fascinating, they're about as different from humans as you can get but they're really intelligent.

That's a great question, I hate oceanic mammals (besides Sperm Whales) and really like single-celled organisms, Cartilaginous Fish such as rays and sharks, and I agree with you, Mollusks are very cool, I am partial to squids.

Did you know that Octopuses have Hemocyanin in their blood that binds to O2(for transport), causing their blood to turn blue?

Many, many years ago, I took a course in Scuba Diving. I would go into the deep ocean and dive down many feet into the water. What I found amazing was that there was very little life down deep in the ocean. It was cold and dark and most of the bottom was sand.

You have Asperger's syndrome, so you are one of the special people. You may find adventures awaits you. Perhaps you will travel to the ocean and drill down deep into the sea and the creatures that exist there. But you will need to learn how to swim and swim deep underwater.

One of the first steps is to learn how to use flippers. They can make you move like a fish underwater.

I like to visit museums.
I've been to the Bishop Museum in Hawaii that has a sperm whale skeleton hanging from the ceiling.
I saw another one more recently at the New Bedford Whaling Museum in Massachusetts.

Did you hear the new nickname, Taco, *rump always chickens out?
