What would happen in the first month if I completely stop eating added sugar (sweets, candies etc) and unhealthy food? How are the chances that I would begin to eat inedible things like roughcast from walls, self-injuring myself or become very impulsive? I tried completely stopping eating sugar for 4 days and in the fourth day I had extremely high craving and have to fight with myself to not steal candies from the shop.

Why not taper off by eating a little less?
Maybe put 100 calories worth of candy in a bowl and stop when it is gone?

I've added milk to my Earl Gray tea in the morning and reduced the amount of sugar.

I don't think eating inedible items is a significant risk, I'd be more worried about compulsively seeking out sugar like it was crack.

If you got rid of added sugars, you might likely have less health symptoms and reduced highs and lows of emotional stress, and might keep you out of Doctors a good bit more,, even over your entire life.. much less chance of duabetes .But these are just my own and many others experiences with dropping added sugar out of your diet ,, There is stevia , sweeted candies out there , which is much sweeter than sugar ,so you use much much less to get the same sweetness levels. Even a much less different type of sugar, Xylitol less sweet than sugar but , actually reduces cavities in the mouth. If you stick with it.
Bad bacteria in mouth that makes cavities , turn to neutral bacteria , ( deactivates) those same bad bacteria.
(((Please do not eat indigestble things..lololz)))

Tried that for a month, few years ago.

Of course there was a lot of cravings, lowness, and some crankiness in my experience.

Headaches, if there are more than other added sugars stuff you're consuming like caffeine. Maybe lose other stuff first before losing sugar?

I compensate by simply not being hungry at all or keep myself full and put up with whatever gut symptoms that won't let me eat anything other than just meals.
Or remind myself that there are some edibles good tasting stuff at home when I'm out, but when I'm home, I "forget" it's there.

Didn't end up full on vegetarian or nutritious; I simply made my preferred less healthier foods from 2-3 times a day of a meal, to just once a day until I can bear less preferred but healthier foods throughout the day.

My less healthier but preferred meals tend to be salty, so there's that.

Maybe some sleep related issues.

And no, nothing that extreme like eating stuff one shouldn't or self injuring. The impulsivity may vary tho.

Then the good effects happens after about a week or two of maintaining it.

I gave up stopping sugar because I thought I was going to get an appointment for an assessment and I wanna prepare.

The preparation was needed because of this stupid sensitive body, so reactive to glucose. I'm not a diabetic or whatever, but yes it does affect me cognitively bad enough that it's annoying.

It doesn't help that I have emotional whatevers and adapted snacking out as stimming.

Didn't kept at it and got pissed enough that I just basically back to pigging out on chocolate.

Maybe I can do it again.
For real this time.

I don't have the same emotional crap to keep at bay anymore. It's just a matter of picking a date to finally do it for me.
