Hi, I'm Brad (45).

I found this place thanks to a recommendation from an AI. Honestly, AI has been a surprisingly helpful tool lately for navigating areas where I’ve struggled, especially socially.

I’ve spent some time reading through the posts here, and I’m really impressed by the insight and openness people share. There’s a lot of brilliance in this community, and I’m glad to have found it.

I've mostly masked my way through life solo. If anything I’ve picked up along the way can help someone else have an easier time, that’s definitely worth sharing.

Also, I’d really love to make some new friends. I'm on PC and big into survival-style games. Anything where you're scavenging, crafting, or just trying not to die in the woods is my kind of fun. It’d be amazing to share some game time with like minded folks. Big on humor, easily entertained.

Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome to wrong planet Brad

I like that you think knowledge is worth sharing. I find that everyone has gems of knowledge that we can learn from.

I play a bit of runescape 3, it's not technically a survival game, but it has a lot of the elements you speak of. Though, it's very time consuming for a completionist like me.

Good luck exploring the site, may our paths cross again :D

Welcome maestro Brad,

Glad to meet you and hope that our paths may cross often as:
-open mind-to mind conversations are not only educational but crucial in a world where defining ourselves can be difficult as the tools we have are not necessarily the right fit us.
-survival gaming (the forest, minecraft (modpacks mainly), satisfactory,...) are a special interest of mine as well.

have fun,
Kada

Zenith9, Welcome to Wrong Planet.

You wrote in another thread:

At work, I travel between buildings. Get constantly stopped by coworkers all the time. That interruption makes me forget where I was headed. What I was working on. Gets awkward standing there for a while till it comes back, minutes later. Stands out. Round another corner, another person sees you, must relive that experience on repeat. Absolute nightmare.

This makes a lot of sense. The human brain is much more complex then most people realize. That is because we have multiple brains within our skull. One exist on the left side of our skull and in most people is the dominant daytime brain. The other exist on the right side of our skull and becomes our night time brain. It is very different then the left side brain. It is very, very fasts and moves at the speed of light within our skull. But it sometimes loses where it is at and can easily get off track.

Right side dominant brains work extremely fast and think in terms of true and false, black and white thinking. Right side brains look at life in a hundred shades of gray. What is true for one person might be false for another. Good can become evil and evil can become good.

Sometimes in humans, the brains can switch sides. This can happen if one side of the brain becomes damaged early in life. It switches sides and carries on.
