I've just managed to watch my first ever Bluray DVD, using a laptop I bought more than two years ago solely for that purpose. I had to use some....er.....'questionable' methods to get the bluray software to work.

I felt like a professor today when I was explaining to my partner about why we have less daylight hours in the winter and more in the summer, and he thought it was all controlled by us changing the clocks in March and October.
I was quite surprised that my partner was asking me this, as I thought this would be the sort of thing he'd know, as he's an intelligent man and is usually teaching me factual things. I'm not used to knowing more than someone else, so it felt quite weird explaining something factual to someone else. I suddenly felt like a professor.
