Ummm, no, you are wrong, I am dismissing the rest of your post because it is full of whataboutism.
I realize that Israel is dangerous and ethno country… etc

Saying that, all that doesn’t negate the fact that a nuclear Iran would be the most dangerous threat to the world.

This nation is literally ruled by a Doomsday cult, with a Doomsday goals.
They, wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use a nuke to fulfill a doom prophecy.

A world with a nuclear Iran is certainly less safe; one would be out of their mind if they think otherwise.

Referring to Iran's leadership as a a doomsday cult seems extreme. I'd like to know why you consider them to be an irrational doomsday cult that's less able to be trusted with nukes than say Israel or Pakistan.

Because it is the the core major tenant of their doctrine ever since their foundation; it is the very basis of their indoctrination which shaped every aspect of their regime, their IRGGs and their foreign policies.

Another core of their belief is Taqiyah: is the practice of dissimulation and secrecy of religious belief and practice.

And oh, another core belief is to destroy you (yes, the US, not just Israel), but that's another story.

The fact that Khohmeni (the first ruler) claimed that Iran wouldn't never developer nuclear weapons because it's "unislamic" and yet we see it today reached 60% of Uranian enrichment (you only need 3% for civil uses) is one striking example.

Saying that, the ones who are in control of Iran today, are not in any shape or form, rational humans; thinking otherwise is setting yourself into a death trap.

EXPLOSIONS IN TEHRAN: Tehran’s metro, mosques and schools have been opened as shelters amid Israeli strikes across the capital. Israel previously warned residents near “weapons production compounds” to evacuate.

Your comparison of Israel to North Korea and Pakistan isn't valid. Pakistan (like Iran) supports international terrorism. North Korea (not unlike China) regularly taunt it's neighbours with threats. Japan have been put on high alert on numerous occasions due to missiles falling in the sea of Japan.

Israel is not (and never has been) a threat to your country or mine. trying to perpetually justify radicalisation of anti-Israel groups (many of whom are popular terrorist organisations) as "justifiable resistance" has no endgame that ends well. In this latest instance trying to defend a rogue state like Iran (who have a manifesto to destroy the west) appears to only be for the primary purpose of weaponizing against Israel.

I'm a little disappointed your argument boils down to they're liars... trust me bro.

You not liking the comparison doesn't make it invalid.

Israel causes at least as much instability to it's region as North Korea or Pakistan do.
Israel has engaged in far more offensive actions against it's neighbours, not just sabre-rattling as worst Korea has engaged in but actual attacks.

I understand you view Israel as the designated good guys, but their actions consistently demonstrate that they are not good.

I understand Israel (via their intelligence, IDF and certain politicians) has manipulated groups behind the scenes in the region. they have also lent their expertise and support to rogue states like the Sinhalese ethno-state of Sri Lanka and apartheid South Africa. But what precipitated the Oct 7 attacks was all the peace treaties they made with egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Arab emirates. Funny how HAMAS couldn't have Israel creating peace in the region.

Much of Israel's modus operandi is in the interest of defence (rather than imperial ambitions). Like you I don't support all of Israel's foreign policy, but I understand their reasons. Iran openly threatens their existence (like HAMAS) then of course they are going to respond.

You are one of those people who never admit they are wrong, aren’t you?
Your political analysis is infallible - you, an American (or Brit), who claims to understand better than me, an ex Muslim Shi’a, about what the Iranian regime is founded on. Interesting. So when I talk about their core beliefs it’s better that you listen carefully what I am saying… « bro ».

Funeral’s response mischaracterizes the original claim, reducing it to "they're liars", when the actual argument involved:
- Doctrine analysis: their messianic appolistic beliefs, their view on the US as Great Satan (and Israel as the little Satan)...etc
- Historical contradictions (Khomeini/Khamenei’s fatwa against "the usage of nukes") vs their enrichment level (60%) way beyond what is needed for civil uses (3-5%)

At least argue against those instead of using dismissive tactics.

On the other hand, among those who know better:
https://www.atlanticcouncil.org/blogs/i ... -khamenei/

Hard to argue against facts. In addition to international terrorism, Khomeini started fatwas against free speech, resulted in targeted attacks on civil rights advocates journalists, social media personalities and authors. Regime also murders women exercising personal freedoms.

^ Fatwas can be expanded, changed and even flipped at any moment by the Supreme leader's will.

The researcher of the article I posted above is an Iranian-American who initially studied in Tehran.

https://www.linkedin.com/in/khosro-kalb ... xperience/

When such people talk about Iran's policies, I consider what they say very carefully.

Also the reasearches of the first link:

Aarabi is an Iranian name; but not sure what are his roots.

What is now certain is Tehran’s possession of at least 400kg of uranium enriched to 60 per cent concentrations of the isotope U-235. And that means it was just weeks of extra processing away from reaching levels suitable for missile-mounted warheads.
https://www.news.com.au/technology/inno ... a8d5990fde

What’s also certain are the recent shipments of advanced ballistic rocket fuel from China and specialist technological support from Russia.

Once these ingredients are pulled together, Tehran will have small but powerful nuclear warheads capable of being carried the 1900km to Israel by ballistic missiles more able to dodge defences.
And for those sympathetic to Iran

“There is no indication that Israel has rendered unusable Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium,” says the University of Columbia’s Richard Nephew. “If that stockpile is still available, and if Iran’s centrifuges still exist, Tehran may be able to reconstitute a nuclear weapons program in just weeks.”
