I absolutely detest socialists; America doesn't need socialist politicians. I'm anti socialist because I support the ownership of private property and I am pro-gun ownership. These people have been ruining the country. While it is lonely many left wing/socialists even back then would be considered homophobic by today's standards,


"Socialist" is a term thrown around carelessly by Trump and the right to disparage anyone who they don't like or disagree with. Most of the California state leadership aren't socialists, they just understand that capitalism has been proven to be good for the top few, but harmful to the majority of people, unless there are safeguards and regulations keeping the system and those who run it in line for the benefit of all.

I did skim Mishima's wiki entry, which I found very fascinating. His choice for a second in his own seppuku could have been better, though.
