LOl I don't want to be like a female gym bro or something. But I would like to get more fit....idk how to start though. My apartment has a gym and with my lease I have access to it whenever I want. But idk how to get started and I am nervous of like people coming in and judging or idk. So, so far I have been too nervous to go to the gym to try it out because I am not very fit and I am worried I will embarrass myself if anyone else comes in or notices me.
But like part of the money I am paying for rent, means I have access to that gym and they have some good stuff in there I think, I just dont want to be looking like an idiot when someone else comes in. Like I feel I need to work on my arm strength, but I don't want to be lifting weights like the wrong way or like a dumbass and have someone come in looking at me judging like 'idk what the hell that weirdo is doing'. I guess I am just nervous about going down there, even though half the time it looks totally empty. And idk if I am the first one in there it may not feel so awkward if other people come in.
Also I'm not even like fat or anything, just not very fit...probably fairly skinny for an unfit person.

About your worries that people will judge you for being unfit
theres two types of people at the gym
Gym rats
Generally working hard, too focused on their excersize to care
People like yourself that are trying to make a change
I think these people would be supportive of you and not at all judgmental, no matter what stage in their development I think most people realise everyone starts somewhere.

Yeah probably, and who knows if I go and try and do some things, worst case somebody says hi and we end up in a conversation and maybe they are just as unfit as me, or someone else comes in and just minds their own business and says nothing to me.
