I found a very neat content creator I came across who talks about her life living with schizoaffective disorder. I enjoyed listening to some of her videos and just wanted to share her channel in case anyone is interested or anyone who lives with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. Her videos on medications helped to change my perspective that I had with my meds
