Precious lil "people" often do not believe what i said. They think i was "lying", exaggerating, speaking figuratively, or mistaken.

meanwhile, they make factually wrong statements, confidently, and have the nerve to expect me to believe them. then when it turns out they were wrong, they don't even apologize.

example: (former) head cashier andre called a lot attendant to self checkout for loading a washing machine. tattletale tom and i came. i told andre that i have a doctor's note that i am not allowed to lift over fifty pounds. andre had the nerve to tell me "you're just saying that b/c you don't wanna do it." he didn't believe me, and he didn't tell me that he didn't believe me. i asked andre to lift it with me and he had the nerve to refuse. thank buddha tattletale tom said he and the customer would lift the dryer. (rolls eyes). otherwise, i would've dropped the washing machine and damaged my foot, the washer, and done buddha knows what else.

(instead, i should've told a supervisor or manager) and refused to load the dryer.

the system is broken

inherent to the system

home depot (i think) does NOT have policies about how to direct store level servants to deal with medical exemptions, but home depot really needs to explicitly tell servants, esp the ones in leadership, how to deal with medical exemptions.
