I did. It had some surprisingly funny parts in it.

IMO, it wasn't a perfect film, but James Gunn understood the character well enough
to create an entertaining film.

I really enjoyed it compare to the last disgrace with Dean Cain.

Did anyone else really like the Superman movie? I found the speech near the end very moving, especially its message that at the end of the day, we're all human and we're all just trying our best!

It did what good superhero movie is supposed to do entertain you for a few hours with escapism.
It stuck to the basic Superman narrative people expect while not feeling dated. While I knew I was watching a movie set in 2025 I did not feel that current culture and attitude was being forced on me.

I dislike superhero movies. I prefer classic horror films like Night of the Living Dead, Rosemary's Baby, Suspiria, plus many others. :skull:
