Of Course , your very welcome and a person might have to admire your strength for having gone through what all you did. Thanks for being on here too ..aswell . You make some very nice contributions , when others are on the downside !

And I feel so much better than I did

I thought I felt better than I did when I made the thread but I feel so much better than I did then even
And it's only been a few days so it just goes to show how therapy can work in this way

And looking back at the last few months, I realise that I've been on this absolute hair trigger
I obviously can only see this now in hindsight

Yup, been following this thread and from some the reading , Your psyche has been through the meat grinder ,sorry to say. And consistently seen you make a comeback . :ninja: .. . Am Amazed you find time to help others here too. :D

Me , personal PTSD stuff, still leaves me messed up at times And Love to wish it could be behind me , With time and "forgiveness".
Nowadays , its watching out for triggers ,they are further apart for me now.and learning to try to either step out of the way of them . And mask. through as best you can until , finding a safe spot, to let it out. Get me a good distraction / perseveration and after rest ,get out of my own minds way sorting out healing or recovery. But had over ten years worth a Psyche to help me in dealing with it all
More Power to you babybird. And a virtual hug, if you might accept that? ...Or Not .? No worries.

I know things may feel bleak and empty right now, but just know that it's an illusion created by depression. There's always more to live for.
