My depression spiraled due to online bully.

This is probably going to sound stupid but admittedly I stayed home and didn't work due to my depression which was caused by being bullied on an online forum. The man put me down when I told vented about someone using mental health terms as an insult.

Looking back, I probably shouldn't have stayed home. I didn't even have PTO. I might end up not interact on online threads except for a few exceptions like this one. My PTSD gets triggered from bullying especially from online spaces.
