So what mental gymnastics are you basing these assertions on? Trump didn't steal classified documents because he can declassify them with his mind? Trump wasn't responsible for January 6 because he didn't go to the riot in person? Well, that's because Trump is a coward who gets other people to do his dirty work for him. If a Mafia boss hires a hitman to take someone out, that Mafia boss has still committed a crime, even if he didn't personally kill the person. Trump is basically a mobster and a terrorist, but he operates through other people. Stochastic terrorism is a thing.

He did not steal any documents. He was president when he took them and was legally allowed to take them. When he had them, he kept them in a secure location and did not leave them scattered around his garage like Biden did. You obviously have no idea on what happened on January 6th. Trump called for peaceful protest. He did not call for violence, he did not call for anything like that to happen. Go read what he said.

He was legally required to give the documents back to the FBI, and he didn't. That's why they were able to get a search warrant to raid Mar-A-Lago. Also, Trump refused to call off the riot even when his advisors told him people were trying to hang Mike Pence. He knew exactly what he was doing.
