Giving presents to others, sharing stuff with them.

I never been into giving presents. I liked getting presents as a kid but as an adult there is not really anything cheap I really want that others could get for me. I mostly want money as an adult. I never had a lot of money & I don't really know what to get for others. I do not know what others may like or dislike & what they could really use or already have.

I'm an only child & after I graduated high-school my parents majorly dialed down the gift giving. They figured it's more for kids & my cousins were growing up & having their own kids. My parents did not want to deal with gift giving with more extended family members. With me my parents figured they have given me more than enough since I was an adult who was still living at home with them & not really paying rent or going to college due to me being disabled & I was spending a lot of my money on medical stuff.

I understood & respected their decision. I didn't want to deal with having to give my parents gifts. I hated being given things I did not want, especially if I could not return it because I felk like the givers wasted their money & time. My mom used to sometimes buy me cloths because she thought I would look nice in them. However I hated wearing them due to sensory issues. My mom sometimes got upset with me for not wearing them & she'd gripe about the money she spent for me to be so ungrateful

Sometimes in school my teachers had us do art projects to give our parents & I hated it. I'm not creative, I'm not interested in art, & majorly s#ck at making things due to bad fine motor skills.
