It's a pity they can't give you an alcohol substitute

A lot of people cutting back switch to alcohol removed products. There's a little bit of alcohol in them, but not much. It's what I drink when I'm not actively having issues staying away from alcohol. When I'm having that trouble, I stay away from everything that could lead to more drinking.

But, a lot of those alcohol removed products have gotten good, and some of them have less than 0.1% alcohol content.

Yea, have tried the alcohol free Guinness but didn't like it so sticking to the gin and diet tonic these days and trying to drink it more sensibly. I reckon I'm drinking around 80 units a week atm. I've been worse but it's still not great for my health.

Yea, I'm just my usual flat spaced out unchanging self. Don't feel like I'm getting anywhere in life. Just put in a few bids on over 30s bungalows and an over 40s flat so am hoping I can move soon. Can bid on the over 55s flats from february.

Yea, it's the first time I've felt like my body is not doing what I want. Poor eyesight etc.
