Yes, I'd rather live in Canada or any of the Scandinavian nations.

Sadly, I know that leaving the country is only a dream for someone like me who is poor, has no skills of worth and is somewhat disabled. I'm stuck in the US for better or for worse. I do love my region of the US. I like the culture and the climate and it's really the best region of the US. The only thing I can put hope into at this point is New England becoming as independent as possible, efforts like what they've done with the Northeast Public Health Collaborative. They need to be greatly expanded to fill in the void.
My dream is to live in Maine! However, I don't know if I could stand the New England winters. I will still take that over the East Washington summers...

I'm American now. Well, not really. But I wish I was. I'm bored with stupid England.

When I was a kid all I can remember is that everyone wanted to live in America or go to America or be American
Now, when I watch the news I wonder if people from my neck of the woods still feel the same
