Some strange things in that game. The game is played on the anniversary of the Miracle on Ice. Then for most of the game the Canadians are so dominant the Americans don’t look like they belong on the same ice. The refs miss literally the Americans having two many men on the ice. A ref gets hit and prevents an American icing. Then with time running down the Americans take a penalty.

People are saying Canada is the better team but Hellebuyck counts as a member of Team USA

FYI the plan is to add consistency to scheduling international hockey. The plan is Olympics, All Star game, World Cup in February with NHL style rules maybe with some European cities involved, All Star game, Olympics
