My phone don't work, the lock screen is frozen, I cannot open my phone. It was working yesterday, I was playing games then later that day, the lock screen didn't open. Can someone help me?

I hope you will get your phone working soon. Did you power it off and back on? Did that help? I don't own a smart phone but I wanted to at least let you know I read it.

thanks for letting me know. I tried to power off, but I couldn't. I went to Apple.com, they said I should hold the volmune button & the side button to force restart, but that will put it in emergency. I done this before with my iPhone 7, but this is iPhone 12 & the sceeen has a emergency call when it shows power off.
