My family disowned me because of my choices how do deal?

I have no family left no holidays because of my poor decisions they don’t agree with. What should I do? I am autistic they know this and they shouldn’t treat me this way.

Autism is not a free pass for misbehavior...unless your Autism somehow makes you unable to behave, in which case you possibly should be institutionalized.

In any event, I—for one—would like you to behave. I am Autistic and do not want people to expect my behavior to be as bad as yours. Please do not make us all look bad. Either behave or find another huge personal flaw—unique to you—that could be blamed for your poor choices.

Trying to restore a relationship can be tricky and take time. I can be a first step to write a letter in which you acknowledge what you had done wrong and express your regret. Slowing over time you might ask for forgiveness and then even a brief meeting. Every step of the way may be met with suspicion.
