Do any of you guys have the issue of texting people too much, especially when they don’t answer back right away, and you’re afraid you did something to offend them or make them upset or mad? How do you overcome this fear especially with agoraphobia and social anxiety as well as ocd (which could be part of the texting too much) and I was diagnosed with from all the teasing and bullying I endured from other students from elementary school to high school. Any tips, tricks or recommendations for it?

I'm the same way I can get panicky when I don't get a reply instantly, depending who it's from. I think I've said something wrong. It takes all my willpower to not add a bunch of follow up texts further explaining myself. I'm always relieved when they reply and I feel silly for ever doubting them.
All I can say is that the only thing you can do is try to get "comfortable" with the discomfort of waiting. Overcoming fear involves exposure. They will reply when they're ready and no sooner, you're powerless and it feels bad, but that's fine. Go do something else in the meantime.
