I sometimes wear appropriate PPE for the task I'm engaged in.

Lots of jewelry. Occasionally a fursuit or mermaid tail.

Nope. Anything more than clothing aggravates me.

A wrist weard or a fall arrest harness.

The first post narrowed down title's Do You Wear Anything... intent.
But I can answer both in two ways.
Sometimes No (Do I wear anything?) I have blinds on the windows.
No (Do I wear anything other than clothes), except maybe shoes. Are shoes clothes? I think they are. Still, no.

You have a mermaid's tail you sometimes wear? THAT is delightful!
The fursuit is cool too, but I cannot imagine it being that cool in the summer with the heat we've been experiencing.

A wristwatch and a pair of glasses.

I went swimming in my tail yesterday in fact!

Oh I never fursuit in the summer lol, I hate the feel of it even in the dead of winter. So I maybe wear it at a furmeet 2-3 times a year or something like that, and for about 20 minutes because I like how it looks. But it's genuinely a torture device. Heavy and hot and I can't see or hear anything. I admire and envy furries who can not only wear a suit for an hour plus, but get into character or goof around. I just stand still trying to survive lmao. Worth it though because it looks great. :p No pain no gain. (It's a realistic bonobo suit)

a) I will assume facial expressions don't count...I'm sure I wear some but I'm generally not in a position to see them.

b) A wedding band.

c) A dog tag which identifies a problem with my heart and info about a hospital that has my medical records and an ID#. (It might be useful info in an Emergency Room).

c) sounds very practical, and I hope is it never needed.
b) would be keep me awake at night. It might be a bit loud.

I used to wear glasses when I was working, going to school, or going the movies. I have a very rare low vision disorder. Glasses help my distance vision a little but it's still bad. Glasses also have a side-effect of making my close vision worse so the trade-off is not worth it for me when doing most anything else.

When going out I wear a multi-tool in a sheath on my belt.

I also used to wear my cellphone in a phone case clipped to my belt or shorts when going out. The clip broke off a couple months ago though. My phone is kind of a BlackBerry type design by a different company that's much less well known. I had got the case from the company when I got the phone. I haven't had this phone that long so I do not want to buy another case from them. I should check Amazon & Ebay for generic cases that might could work but I'm not good with measurements. I could ask my girlfriend to look but I don't think to ask when the timing is very convenient. I've been putting the phone case in my pocket when gooing out.

I often wear a cooler backpack when going out to get groceries since I don't drive & I walk or take buses.

When I was a senior in high-school I wore my class ring but I haven't worn it since I graduated.

I wore keys clipped to my belt-loop at my last job & I was doing custodial/janitorial stuff. I needed to use the keys a lot & they were easier to access there than in my pocket.

I've considered wearing a pendant on a chain/necklace thing around my neck but I'd want one that's really kewl like kinda punkish, gothic, or pirateish but I haven't had much money to spare in a long time & I would want to see it person instead of judging from pictures online. i aslo have some various skin issues & wearing a cain might would irritate my skin. Easiest, safest, & most practical option is to not get one.

a) How do you know? Did you look in a mirror?
b) It's not a large band. I can tolerate it's noise.
c) It doesn't get much use. I carry a hospital ID card in my wallet to get the ID#. And I don't think I've ever used the medical info on the tag...if I'm conscious then I remember everything except my ID#. The problem with my heart was quite memorable; it was worse for my bride, however. By the time I was conscious we were past the part where it looked like I was going to die.
