I didn't realize anyone was paying attention to me not eating, but one of my coworkers (the little old Cambodian lady I work with) gave me food yesterday + another coworker commented on it and I was so embarrassed.

Doing anything, including just standing up, makes me feel super out of breath/exhausted and I don't like it. I have to go places with my cousin today and I'm scared that I'll collapse or pass out while walking around. I'd give in and go to the ER, but I don't want to change plans just because I feel sick.
