Is that so? I'm afraid I'm not familiar with telescope design, but why can't it focus on something that close? On the contrary, the Hubble has in fact been used to take pictures of the moon. This image, as cited by NASA, resolves features as small as 300 feet across - still no where near fine enough.

And furthermore, if NASA faked the manned Moon landings, How did they have any idea what the lunar surface actually LOOKED LIKE? One could use the VERY SAME arguments the conspiracy w*kers use to claim that photos taken by the Lunakhod vehicles AND American robotic lunar probes were faked also.

What so STOOPID about the lymie w*ker(guy with the white hair/beard) who claims that the astronauts were suspended by guy wires is that IF that were true, then due to the fact that their backpacks weighed less then they did then the backpacks would be lifted up off the ground before the actual astronauts because greater mass ->greater inertia! The *glint* is easily explainable by the reflection of sunlight off the astronauts helmet and the relatively low resolution of the camera. This is perfectly explainable by optics and is an optical ILLUSION.



Um, it was 1969 that the first manned lunar landing took place and 1968 that the first manned lunar orbit occured. We are taking about the Late 60s, thank you.And there is No possible way for anyone at NASA to have known what the lunar surface actually without actual photographs FROM the surface of the Moon!

Well, there had actually been a handful of soft landings on the moon prior to the moon landing, and surface photos were taken I believe. Conspiracy theorists don't need to discount all lunar probes; just the ones they don't like

To contribute to this redundant conversation, NASA would have needed a lot of money to fake the moon landings.

Also, all NASA-related conspiracy theories are total garbage.
How would they have pulled it off without someone blabbing about it to the press?

De Cors . But I have to say, this is a conspiracy theory that honestly makes me VERY irritated and even somewhat angry because of its extreme stupidity. But, its still an important mental exercise in verifying how we know what we know.

For starters, how would have NASA faked Apollo 13?
