^^^it filled my stomach and made the pangs go away for a while. now i'm eating some lasagna soup.

Glad I was literally eating while reading this thread, LOL!! Thin whole wheat pasta w/homemade Cajun Alfredo sauce, with fresh peppers, celery, mushrooms, and some chicken.

here it was 58F, blue skies and sunshine but cold and windy from the pacific. great exercise weather if my body would cooperate but when i move, every movement i make has a soundtrack that says "ow... ow... owww.... etc."
