I liked, for example, how I read about Bill Gates, that he was dumped from the project of this IT club of which he was a member, because it was considered that for image reasons he did not suit them very much, because compared to others he was like a kid, and he knew that they will still need it anyway, he said that he would return to this project, but as not only a member but a member of the management group. So as it turned out that he was right, for his return, he demanded that they make him the head manager, which his older friends were not supposed to agree to, but knowing that they could do s**t about that and time running out they agreed to these demands.
As strength is on your side it is worth using it.
