I'm no good at pure HTML/CSS websites - I always like to have a Content Management System available because they're quick and can make nice looking website's without too much effort.

it still however looks professional to me... Speaking of that, is there a website that I could make using that technique you used?
I'm not 100% sure what you mean, explain ?
