Not quite, super volcanos are in contention as the loudest natural sound, but there are a number of equally loud man-made sounds.

The Saturn V rocket produced a sustained 192+ db, so loud it clipped the very atmosphere, the sound wave emanating from it shifting back and forth from a vaccuum to more than 2 atmospheres of pressure.

Nuclear weapons are even louder. Tsar Bomba, the 50-megaton Russian weapon, released 2.1x10^17 joules of energy in mere milliseconds, it's estimated peak power output was 5.3x10^24 watts, the average power output of the sun is 383x10^24 watts, a mere 73 times greater.
