I apologise - I didn't mean to seem as if I was reproaching you. Fair enough. I just misread the tone of your post.
I definitely don't want to take the regular Pill as I'm tiny with no muscle mass as it is. I also don't like the idea of extra estrogen as it does a lot more than just maintain female characteristics - I don't want to take something that subtly affects behaviour, thinking, and a whole lot else. Maybe it isn't that bad but I like my head the way it is.
I will look into other stuff though.
Might have been messed up magnesium levels. I didn't take it consistently this month.
