Oh, I'd forgotten about those. If anyone necroes the thread I might give it a shot, although I might not be able to do the MrBayes analysis (bayesian analysis on that kind of data set takes insane computing time). I can stiill do Garli, which is quite good, and maybe PAUP* or a similar program. That would get us two of the three main methods in common use.
