You Are 50% British

Congrats, mate. You're are probably British.
(If not, definitely Australian. Or Kiwi. Or Canadian.)

You enjoy most aspects of mainstream British culture, without being stereotypical about it.
You also have a typical British temperament. You wouldn't dream of being impolite.

I'm sorry but this test is terribly flawed.

It says I'm only 85% British.

Real Brits stand for the National Anthem, go to the proms and play cricket not football.

I demand satisfaction!

You Are 35% British

You're about as British as a half hearted Anglophile... in other words, a piss poor Brit.
If you are indeed from Britain, you probably consider yourself a European more than anything else.

If you're trying to pass for a Brit, you're going to have to try a little harder.
Go to a football match. Drink until you puke. And head in to work the next morning totally hungover.

Are you British? Hell, you're more of a Brit than the Queen is!
You're truly the dog's bollocks... and you know that's not an insult.

So what if you're a slobbering drunk obsessed with football?
At least you always remember your manners.

Well ... that explains why I think the left side of the the motorway is the right side to drive on, why I believe roundabouts should not run anti-clockwise, and why I think Fiona Bruce is a rather tidy bit of fluff!

Well, I would say they're a bit off, having been born and raised in the States, but I am rather inclined to forgive their error on account of having an English stepfather, and the subsequent overexposure to Dr Who and Monty Python in my formative years.

My result was 50% British - I was born in the UK, as were my parents, grandparents and great grandparents. Among my great great grandparents, some were Irish (at a time when the whole of Ireland was part of the UK), the rest were Scots or English. How come you're more British than me? :?

The way the questions were parsed, I believe this quiz to be asking more the question "how English are you?" as opposed to British. As someone who had no Irish or Scotch influence in my upbringing, I was free of any anti-English bias, therefore giving me a 5% edge over you to stiffen my upper lip.

DC even suggested they should ask if you watched cricket, not football (tongue in cheek I assume). If that had been the case, my score would have been even lower.

Mine would've been higher. I hear a lot of cricket reports on the BBC, but here in the states am exposed to more American "foot""ball" than actual foot-ball.

Could never figure out why american football is called football. They barely use their feet, and it isn't a round object, it's an ovoid.

Listen mate - you're definitely not British. Or Australian. Or Canadian even.
British culture is simply not your cup of tea. And you're obviously off your trolley!
If it just so happens that you live or come from Great Britain, you're still not British.
There's not really anything British about you. Do you even like football matches or beer?
