'Last Christmas' is one of my favorites. It's often messed up by pop stars, but pure magic when sung by artists who really "get it." This very short list includes Wham! and Jasmine Thompson.
'O Come All Ye Faithful' and 'We Three Kings' are classics, especially when sung by a choir. 'Jingle Rock' by Bobby Helms is good. And throw in almost everything from Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton's Christmas album, one of my childhood favorites.
Christmas songs I can do without include 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas', because it's slow and corny and you really only need to hear it once a year if ever, not a hundred times...and 'Santa Baby'. Never liked that one no matter who was singing it.

Demon's wind, the stars answer your desire
