You can do capital letters by pressing the CAPS key before any individual letter and deactivating it afterwards. You do not need to do it the simultaneous way: by holding down shift while pressing the letter. So you do not need two noses after all.

Silly me!

I spelt my name right, though. I promise I didn't cheat. I found it quite easy except that my eyes hurt because I had to go cross-eyed to look down at the keys.
