The mighty... Quail Valley River!

In Vero Beach Florida.

( never heard of it either until I did some imaginative googling).

Rhine

One of Europe's most important rivers, which has its source in Switzerland. A famous rock called the Lorelei is found alond the banks, which gave rise to many a legend.

The Swanee River, far far away...where the old folks stay.

A real river that flows from Georgia through the Florida panhandle into the Gulf.

Stephan Foster never saw its shores, but saw it on a map and thought it sounded better than "the Pee Bee River" for the song he was working on.

Ural. (There's also this mountain range with similar name.)

Volga

Flowing 3,692 km southward through Russia toward the Caspian Sea, the Volga is considered the longest river in Europe. It was also a point of key strategic importance in one of the deadliest battles in modern history, the Battle of Stalingrad during WWII.

the White Nile.

There are two Niles.

The longer White Niles is born in Lake Victoria in the heart of east Africa, in Uganda.

It flows north into the newly independant South Sudan.
And then north into the other Sudan.

Then at the city of Khartoum it meets the Blue Nile coming out of the south east from the highlands of Ethiopia.

Together they become the one Nile- and procede north to become the lifeline of Egypt before emptying into the Mediterranean.

The White Nile apparently has more silt content so it looks more opaque and white than does the blue nile.
