I find it helpful to make a mantra and rhythmically recite it to myself in a breathing exercise.i breath sing and obsessively recite the mantra in a half breathing half singing half inner voice exercise . I do this all day singing and breathing rhythmically.

Not very well, I need to learn to have more patience when I feel frustrated.

I think I just cuss a bit and carry on trying. If it doesn't get better then I suppose I try to describe clearly what I'm trying to do and why it's failing. Then I just let my brain come up with solutions or just shelve the project and label it "too hard for the time being," but I'm notorious for refusing to throw in the towel. Often just taking a break or waiting a while helps me to get fresh insights. I should probably ask for help more, but people don't often understand my problems and their advice doesn't often seem to be very useful. But occasionally that works.

I'm probably more patient than most. Science tends to teach people patience, and I tend to look at things scientifically.
