Of course, I have not come to the conclusion yet but exploring an previously unexplored avenue .
Spot reduction is mostly a myth, that is why I thought to myself if load of guys with beer bellies are consuming beer, it isn't the beer that is giving them that body shape, other then the extra weight they might put on.
